About the treatment

EBOOpheresis®

Immunoadsorption selectively binds and removes disease-causing antibodies from the blood while preserving beneficial plasma proteins. It is more targeted than standard plasmapheresis.

How It Works

Blood passes through an adsorption column that captures specific immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM, IgA). The cleaned plasma is returned to the patient immediately.

Conditions Treated

Antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases, transplant rejection prophylaxis, dilated cardiomyopathy, and systemic lupus erythematosus.

The Elysium Protocol

Pre-treatment antibody profiling determines which adsorption columns are used. Treatment cycles are tailored to achieve target antibody reduction.

  • Preserves beneficial plasma proteins
  • Lower infection risk than plasma exchange
  • Targeted antibody removal
  • Typically 3–5 sessions per cycle
  • Full diagnostic workup included
