1. Acceptance

By accessing elysiuminstitut.ch (the "Website") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms apply to all visitors worldwide, including those in Switzerland, the EU/EEA, the UK and the United States.

2. Purpose of the Website - no medical advice

The Website provides general information about Elysium Institut AG and medical services. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or a solicitation to discontinue any existing therapy. Always consult a qualified physician regarding your individual situation. Use of the Website does not create a physician–patient relationship; such a relationship arises only upon a confirmed consultation or treatment agreement with the Institut.

3. Eligibility

The Website is intended forusers aged 18 or over, or minors acting with the consent and supervision of a holder of parental responsibility.

4. Cookies, analytics and Website functionality

4.1 The Website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google TagManager, as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential technologiesare activated only with your consent via our cookie banner.

4.2 Functionality notice. You may use the core informational content of the Website without accepting analytics or marketing cookies. To the maximum extent permittedby mandatory law, Elysium Institut AG excludes liability for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website, except for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and except for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, for consumers in certain jurisdictions, non-excludable statutory rights). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence in the provision of medical treatment, which is governed by the separate treatment agreement.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

We may amend these Terms at any time; the version published at the time of your visit applies. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer venues available to you under applicable law (including, for EU/EEA consumers, mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement).
