•      Other jurisdictions: where local law grants youbroader rights (e.g. US state privacy laws), we honour the strictest applicable standard.

3. What cookies are

Cookies are small text filesplaced on your device when you visit a website. "First-party" cookiesare set by us; "third-party" cookies are set by external providers whose technology we embed.

4. Categories of cookies we use

4.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required). Required for the Website to function:session management, security (including Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form),load balancing, and storage of your cookie preferences. These cannot be switched off in our systems.

4.2 Analytics / performance cookies (consent required). We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, USA) to measure visits,traffic sources and page performance. If you accept these cookies, your data is aggregated with that of other users. IP anonymisation is enabled. These cookiesare set only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner.

4.3 Functional cookies (consent required). Remember choices such as language or region.

4.4 Marketing / advertising cookies (consent required). [If used: list providers, e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag.] These are set only with your explicit opt-in and may involve cross-site tracking and profiling.

•      Accept / Reject: Our banner offers equally prominent Accept and Reject options. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to the Website.

6. International data transfers

Google services may transferdata to the United States. Where the recipient is certified under the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer benefits from the respective adequacy decisions (Swiss adequacy inforce since 15 September 2024). Otherwise, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses adapted for Switzerland.

7. Health information

We do not use cookies to collect health data, and we do not permit advertising or analytics tools toread the content of enquiries you submit to us. Please do not include medical details in any free-text field unless the page expressly invites it under our Privacy Policy safeguards.
